We are currently seeking a Spray Painter for a manufacturing facility. The Spray Painter will be responsible for applying paint and protective coatings to products using spray equipment in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a spray gun to apply paint and coatings using compressed air or high-pressure systems
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming materials
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Ensure proper coverage and finish quality on all painted surfaces
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Qualifications
- Experience using spray painting equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to paint fumes, machinery, and noise
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required
Experience with automotive, industrial, or powder coating spray painting is a plus but not required.
