Looking for an outgoing, motivated, organized, professional individual to service customer accounts and sale insurance products. Will assist customers, service policies, support sales efforts, and help manage marketing and community outreach initiatives. Will provide customer service with policy questions, changes, payment and claim support. Will support sales conversations, quotes, and follow ups. Will build relationships with new and existing customers, maintain daily documentation, support social media, local marketing, and community campaigns, help coordinate promotions, events, and customer outreach, maintain organized record and work closely with agent to support agency goals. Must have great communication skill and drive to maintain required state licensing (agency will facilitate them getting licensed). Must have clean CBC. Bilingual candidate preferred.
