Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Lumber Puller / Production Worker to join a fast-paced planer mill team. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position that involves pulling lumber from production machinery, inspecting wood for quality, and helping keep production moving safely and efficiently.
Reliable attendance and punctuality are crucial for this position.
Pull and handle lumber coming from production machinery
Inspect lumber for wood grades, defects, and quality concerns
Perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
Keep pace with production demands in a fast-paced environment
Work safely around industrial machinery and equipment
Communicate effectively with coworkers
Work as part of a team to maintain safe and efficient production
Follow all workplace safety procedures
Strong physical strength and stamina
Ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive work for extended periods
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to identify or learn to identify wood grades and defects
Ability to work safely around industrial machinery

Steel-toe boots required
