Job Description

Looking for someone to help keep the apartments operating and repairing problems. Plumbing, sheet rock, mud and painting. Check control panels, and identify issues. Install appliances (gas and electric). Maintain the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control functioning properly. 

All applicants must visit either the Moultrie or the Tifton office to apply. Be prepared for an interview at that time.

We do ask that you bring in 2 forms of ID, such as Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate or Passport.

Our office hours for applications are:

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
