Looking for someone to perform light building maintenance at local hotel. Will do light electrical and some light plumbing. Will do preventative maintenance (caulking, cleaning out air conditioners, empty trash, clean parking lot, windows, fixing light switches, patching holes, etc). Must be a team player, self starter, and willing to learn. Prefer previous experience, but will train for the right, motivated person.
