Job Description

Looking for two individuals to perform property maintenance. Will turn apartments and prepare them to rent. Will clean out apartment and perform repairs such as; patching holes, repair paint, fix toilet, etc. No experience is required. They will train someone willing to learn. Must wear steel toe shoes. 

All applicants must visit either the Moultrie or the Tifton office to apply. Be prepared for an interview at that time.

We do ask that you bring in 2 forms of ID, such as Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate or Passport.

Our office hours for applications are:

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
