Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable Trimmer Operator to join our production team. This position involves standing throughout the shift and flipping boards on a trimmer line in a fast-paced lumber production environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various tasks within the assigned work area.

  • Flip and handle boards on the trimmer line.

  • Shovel, lift, and carry boards and debris while helping maintain a clean workspace.

  • Work closely with team members to meet production goals.

  • Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to perform repetitive manual labor for extended periods.

  • Stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working around moving equipment, loud noise, dust, and outdoor elements.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.

  • Experience in lumber production is an asset.

  • Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail.

  • Reliable with a strong sense of urgency.

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
