Licensed Insurance Agent
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience
Sales Opportunity: $25,000 base salary + commission and bonuses or $30,000/year for maintaining/servicing existing accounts
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and highly motivated insurance professional to service existing customer accounts. The ideal candidate is personable, self-driven, an excellent communicator, and enjoys building relationships with customers.
A current Property & Casualty Insurance License is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to existing customers
- Accept and process customer payments
- Make policy changes, including adding or changing vehicles
- Add drivers to existing policies
- Discuss insurance coverages and answer policy-related questions
- Assist customers with their insurance needs and account information
- Maintain accurate customer and policy records
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
- Handle additional account-service responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional personality
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and in person
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Previous insurance experience preferred
Sales & Growth Opportunity
Candidates who are interested and willing to sell insurance may have the opportunity to earn a $25,000 base salary plus commission and bonuses.
Compensation will depend on experience, and there is room for growth within the company for the right individual.
