Are you a skilled millwright with experience in AC/HVAC systems? We’re looking for someone like you to join our team! This is a hands-on role where you’ll work with mechanical equipment and heating/cooling systems in commercial and industrial settings. If you enjoy solving technical challenges and working with your hands, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
Install, maintain, and repair AC/HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, air handlers, and ductwork.
Assemble, align, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently and safely.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in HVAC or millwright work preferred.
Experience with both industrial machinery and HVAC systems.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and follow safety protocols.
Valid driver’s license; additional certifications (e.g., EPA, HVACR) are a plus.
Willingness to work in industrial settings, on ladders, scaffolding, or in confined spaces.
