Looking for CSR/Inventory to work in fast paced environment in chemical storage warehouse to maintain customer records, receive and process inbound/outbound freight, process customer service orders, communicate regarding shipments, manage inventory, respond to customers, build customer relationships, etc. Must be a team player, be able to handle customers in professional manner to resolve issues, be dependable, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and basic typing skills. Customer service representative experience and/or WMS system experience is a plus, but not required. Will work in office, but must be willing to work in warehouse to check inventory when needed. Must have HS Diploma or equivalent with work related experience. Office is air conditioned, but not warehouse. Must have acceptable CBC, wear safety vest when in warehouse, and closed toe shoes.
