Looking for a Supervisor/Team leader for Panels and Trim department. Duties include supervising and actively participating with a team of 3 to 5 Press machine operators. Will help with daily production activities within their assigned department. Demonstrate solid understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and quality standards; provide training and support to crew members. Execute the daily productions plans, assign manpower effectively. Ensure all team members follows OSHA and company safety requirements. Will assign tasks, monitor workflow, resolve issues, adn communicates priorities while working alongside the team to meet production goals and maintain smooth, coordinated operations across the plant.
