We are looking for an experienced and dependable Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in mounting, balancing, repairing, and replacing both automotive and agricultural tires. This position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Mount, balance, rotate, and repair automotive and agricultural tires.
Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation.
Safely operate tire changing and balancing equipment.
Assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Occasionally perform roadside service calls as needed.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Minimum 2 years of tire technician experience (automotive and/or agricultural).
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean Criminal Background Check (CBC).
Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Knowledge of tire mounting, repair, and balancing procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
