Looking for someone to work at front desk. Will greet residents and visitors, file, answer phones, provide customer service, take rental payment (no cash), process applications, enter data into computer, help schedule recertifications, help with apartment housekeeping inspections (with another co-worker), help prepare for events (pick up food, supplies, etc.) and other office duties as assigned. Must have valid DL and good standing 3year MVR. Could go permanently depending on budgeting and performance. Must be mature individual with great customer service/people skills, good computer skills, previous office experience, and be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
All applicants must visit either the Moultrie or the Tifton office to apply. Be prepared for an interview at that time.

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday
8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
