Looking for someone with General construction experience to also be a "gofer" to perform errands, tidy up area, and assist in minor and tedious tasks such as using hand tools, cleanup site, pick up trash, place floor protection paper on new floor, take stickers off new windows or even go pick up supplies and other related errands. Must have a valid DL. Will also clean and sweep, level dirt, use tape measure, move supplies. Prefer someone with a construction background. If candidate has have equipment experience such as a tractor or excavator is a plus but not required. Must be at least 21 to drive company vehicle with a good clean CBC.
