Looking for someone with two years of civil engineering experience to design construction site plans. Will work with all permitting jurisdictions to meet compliance, conduct on site investigations, analyze data as necessary, produce hydrology study reports, assess potential risks, materials, and costs, provide advice and resolve emerging problems, produce preliminary site plans as needed, and assist with take offs and estimating for construction jobs. Must have excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar, be proficient in layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, etc. ability to produce site plans, posses project management and supervision skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a clean CBC.
