We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join a CNC machine shop. This position involves programming and/or operating CNC mills, turning centers, and other machining equipment.
Previous CNC or machining experience is preferred, but candidates who demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn may be considered for training.
Set up and/or operate CNC mills, turning centers, and related equipment
Program CNC machinery based on experience and skill level
Monitor machines during production to ensure proper operation
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
Follow work instructions and production specifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Assist with other machine shop duties as needed
CNC machining or machine shop experience preferred
Knowledge of CNC mills and/or turning centers is a strong plus
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and quality
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Willing and able to complete on-the-job training when necessary
