We are seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined CNC Laser Operator / Production Worker to join a busy machine shop. This is a hands-on position involving CNC laser operation, material handling, finishing, assembly, and general shop duties.
The ideal candidate is willing to learn, comfortable working with their hands, and able to assist wherever needed to keep production moving efficiently.
Operate CNC laser equipment
Sand and finish manufactured parts
Assist with welding and assembly as needed
Inspect and handle finished components
Perform general labor throughout the shop
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow production instructions and safety procedures
CNC laser or machine shop experience preferred
Welding, fabrication, or assembly experience is a plus
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable using tools and working with manufactured parts
Strong attention to detail
Dependable with a good work ethic
Ability to perform hands-on, physical work
Willingness to assist with a variety of shop duties
