Crew Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of workers in various industries such as construction, landscaping, or manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing and motivating a team to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the work of crew members
• Assign tasks and ensure they are completed on time
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and clients
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management

Requirements:

• Class A or B CDL
• Prior experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification may be required depending on the industry
