Looking for a motivated retail leader who is looking to grow to help develop a team and support sales professionals, to help on the sales floor, achieve sales and performance goals, celebrate success, set clear and consistent expectations, and build a great culture. Will learn every aspect of running a store, assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, merchandising, and performance management and eventually lead your own store. Must have two years of retail leadership/management experience, strong sales experience, good people and communication skills, etc.
