Needing someone with some mechanical background and/or maintenance in some sort of industrial facility. Will be assembling industrial equipment using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, impact wrenches, drill, etc. They will need to be able to look at drawings and blueprints and assemble parts using fasteners like bolts, nuts, and screws. They'll be assembling bearings and gearboxes onto shafts and purchasing parts like motors and pulleys onto manufactured metal sub-assemblies.  They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and must be self-directed and have a strong work ethic. Past experience in manufacturing, carpentry, mechanic shop, industrial maintenance, or something similar is a plus. Welding experience is not needed.
