Looking for a Service Writer. Will answer questions from customers and service providers. Will use expert knowledge to understand the clients problems and explain their needs to staff for satisfactory service daily. Will also schedule appointments, process orders, monitor delivery and handle customer complaints. Automotive knowledge or General Motor knowledge prefer, but not required. Good standing MVR and CBC.
