Looking for a Service Advisor/Rep. Will assist Service Manager in overseeing the customer's automotive complaints. Will be the liaison between the customer and the technician. Must be presentable, good customer service and communication skills. Must be computer literate, and able to explain in detail the technician's diagnosis and recommendations. Will write up estimation cost of labor and parts for customer. Automotive knowledge or General Motors knowledge prefer, but not requires (will train). Must have good standing MVR and CBC.
