Job Description
- Will provide high quality customer service, achieve sales targets, and recruit employees to expediently fill client job orders.
- Actively participate in account development, obtaining business from active and potential clients.
- Assist with managing recruitment team’s goals and performances.
- Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders.
- Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions.
- Proactively recruit, update job postings, and network.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, marketing events, and conferences.
- Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team.
- Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
- Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and trust and organization identity.
- Desire to work hard and have fun in an engaging environment.
- Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to routinely meet operational objectives.
- Demonstrated ability as a self-motivated team player with excellent organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual is required (Spanish)
