Local company offering benefits once taken permanently to include; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 K, pay increase, etc. Looking for a person (Apartment included)who is able to work with a computer for a minimum of 7 hours daily either standing or sitting, must be able to access all areas of the property's grounds and structures, including multilevel structures, with or without the aid of an elevator. Must be able to effectively communicate with applicants, residents, vendors, and supervisors in e-mail, by phone, or in person regarding day to day operations of the property. Duties include having full oversight of assigned property during and after office hours. Supervise and provide training to community associates. Assist with development and implementation of resident services programming. Oversee security deposit administration including, inspecting units to determine resident's balance or refund, prepare disposition letters, and process security deposit returns. Utilize maintenance software program to enter in and track service requests, and regularly review maintenance reports. You will be required to perform other duties, as requested by your supervisor. Must have strong leadership skills, communication skills, and decision-making abilities.
Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
High school diploma or equivalent
Property/ Community manger state level license where required
Minimum (2) years of property management experience required
Must have valid DL.
Experience in affordable housing, Tax credit, HUD and/or Rural development preferred.
Ability to accept on-call requests for property's answering service and maintenance during hours when office is closed.
