Job Description

Need two people that have a good phone voice to call patients or caregivers to go over monthly supplies. Must have basic computer knowledge as well as paying close attention to details and note taking.

Hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We do ask that you bring in 2 forms of ID, such as Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate or Passport.

Our office hours for applications are:

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
