Job Description

Technician will ensure that apartments are completely ready for client move in.

Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Will also do minor carpentry, drywall and painting.

Any maintenance certificates will be a plus.

Criminal background will be checked.

All applicants must visit either the Moultrie or the Tifton office to apply. Be prepared for an interview at that time.

We do ask that you bring in 2 forms of ID, such as Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate or Passport.

Our office hours for applications are:

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
