Job Description

Painting apartments in preparation of new residents
Maintain and repair appliances
Maintain and repair electrical and plumbing
Sheetrock and other repairs as needed
Maintain pool chemicals and cleaning
Either have Pool Maintenance Certification or be willing to become certified

Job Requirements

Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License

Criminal Background will be checked

We do ask that you bring in 2 forms of ID, such as Driver's License, Social Security card, Birth Certificate or Passport.

Our office hours for applications are:

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 4:30 Monday through Thursday

8:30 to 11:30 / 1:30 to 3:30 on Friday
