Will work in office and on site to assess tax on residential properties.
Will interpret and apply state and local laws pertaining to property appraisal and assessment.
Wil conduct field reviews of residential real property and mobile homes.
Will set up property records.
Assist with commercial and industrial assessments.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to obtain Appraiser 1 designation from Ga. Department of Revenue within one year.
Must be computer literate and possess good written and oral communication skills.
Must have good knowledge of basic home construction.
Must be able to work with the public.
Must have High School Diploma or GED and Valid Georgia Driver's license with clean MVR
