Looking for someone with exceptional leadership skills to train hotel staff, respond to guest complaints, recruit employees, properly administer company policies, administer payroll, handle personnel transactions, and ensure guest experiences are satisfactory. Will also act as manager to duty in absence of General Manager, serve as acting General Manager at various hotels to cover vacated positions/relieve General Managers on vacation, complete assignments or special projects at various hotels, assist Director of Hotel Operations with the implementation of best practices, perform additional responsibilities as assigned. Must have clean CBC.
